Ze-De Sdn Bhd is incorporated as a private company in 2008.


Over the years, Ze-De Sdn Bhd has been growing well from a young company to an achieving Design & Built company with our various strength and experience in the industry.


Ze-De Sdn Bhd possess sound management skill, strong technical support and coupled with positive philosophy to undertake the variety of challenging projects.


In year 2016, we started off Ze-De Furniture Sdn Bhd which is specialize in custom-made wood furniture; making us even more competitive in the market in terms of pricing, catering ourselves with a one-stop service pod.


The range of contracts undertaken includes conventional contracts, specialist contracts and design & built operations.

Safety Policy

ZE-DE Sdn. Bhd. is implementing a set of internal safety guidelines certified by ISO 45001 Occupational Safety & Health Management System and is automatically executed in ZDSB development and/or main contracting projects, copies can be made availble upon request.


It is compulsory for all site management, supervisorry / including directly employed operatives to undergo site safety courses conducted by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) or any other approved authority. From time to time refresher courses are provided in-house.


In the event where ZDSB is an appointed sub-contractor, then the Main Contractor safety policy will take precedence.
